Title: Dreamy Creamy Cheesecake
Description: Don‘t you just love cheesecake?
Ingredients:
2 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs. 1/2 Cup + 2 tbsp Butter. 1 – 8oz pkg cream cheese. 3 eggs, separated. 3/4 Cup Sugar. 1 Cup of Sour Cream. 1 tbsp Vanilla. 1/2 cup Whipping Cream. 3 tbsp of Icing Sugar.

Instructions:

1. Line an 8″ (20 cm) springform pan, with foil.

2. Leave the foil edges overlapping so that you can use them to lift the cake out of the pan. Grease well.

3. Mix the crumbs with 1/2 cup of the butter and press lightly into the bottom and sides of the pan.

4. Beat together the cream cheese and remaining 2 tbsp butter. Add the egg yolks and sugar.

5. Stir in the sour cream and vanilla.

6. Beat the whites until soft peaks form and gently fold into the mixture.

7. Pour over the crumbs in the pan.

8. Bake at 325F (160C) for exactly 35 minutes. Let cool in the oven, with the door closed, about 1 hour (this will help set the cake). Don‘t worry about any cracks on the surface – the whipped cream topping will cover them up.

9. Chill in the fridge before releasing from the pan. Just before serving, whip the cream with the icing sugar and carefully spread over the top. Sprinkle chocolate over top for decoration.
